At Tender Care, we provide a secure and homelike atmosphere for residents who need extra care and support. Our family home is built to accommodate people with traumatic brain injuries, mental illness, dementia, developmental impairments and other medical conditions. By prioritizing individualized care, we make sure every resident experience comfort, support, and a sense of belonging within a compassionate community.
Our top main priority is to maximize our resident’s physical, mental and emotional health. We provide programs that encourage independence, social engagement and emotional expression. Each resident of Tender Care has an Individual Service Plan (ISP) created in partnership with their family and healthcare professionals, specifically suited to their needs and objectives.
Our home is located in a quiet Milwaukee neighborhood. It is fully furnished with contemporary conveniences like private rooms, on-site laundry facilities, and cutting-edge security. In a warm and welcoming environment, residents can take part in a range of social events, cultural activities, and leisure pursuits.
